The series is used in grinding the non-flammable and non-explosive stuff which has the Moh’s hardness below 7, humidity less than 6%, such as gypsum, talc, calcite, limestone, marble, feldspar, barite, dolomite, granite, kaolin, bentonite, bauxite, iron ore etc., the final products change from 613 micron to 44 micron. Through the function of separator and blower, it can meet different customers’ demand.

1. Raymond mill can be used to grind marble
Marble is a metamorphic rock composed of recrystallized carbonate minerals, most commonly calcite or dolomite. Marble is commonly used for sculpture and as a building material. Finely ground marble powder is a component in paper, and in consumer products such as toothpaste, plastics, and paints. Raymond mill can be used to grind marble into powder.

Bentonite is a clay mineral which is largely composed of Montmorillonite, which is mainly a hydrous aluminum silicate. Bentonite is an absorbent aluminum silicate clay formed from volcanic ash and used in various adhesives, cements, and ceramic fillers. Raymond mill can be used to grind bentonite. These final products sizes can meet the demands from different clients through the combined effect of the separator and the blower.

Kaolin is part of our natural world, and its uses are multiple and diverse. Kaolin is also called kaolinite and is a very important mineral, which is extensively used in ceramic industry and the filling and coating of paper. Raymond mill can be used to grind Kaolin into powder. The fineness of the final product can be 0.044mm~0.613mm, which can meet different customers’ demand.
