Belt conveyer is a kind of machine that to transfer the material continuously. The belt works under the effect of frictional force. It is not only the components to transfer the material, but also the components to transfer the force.

The conveyers which are produced by Liming(Beijing) consist of standard parts, which are advanced and simple in structure, easy to maintain. They are widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump material, or packaged material. According to different transferring equipment, the transfer system can be one independently or multi-conveyers or combined with other transfer equipments. The belt conveyer can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transfer lines.
The belt conveyers produced by Liming(Beijing) can be operated in the circumstance temperature range from -20℃ to +40℃. The temperature of transferred material by this belt conveyer should be lower than 50℃.
1. Belt conveyer can be used in processing granite
In the whole granite crushing line, Large-sized granites are transferred to jaw crusher through vibrating feeder from hopper for first crushing, then belt conveyor transferred the crushed granites to impact crusher for secondary crushing. The crushed granites will be transferred to the vibrating screen, and separated to different sizes. After that, belt conveyer will transfer the aggregate with suitable size to the final product pile and aggregate with unsuitable size to the impact crusher for re-crushing. The sizes of final products will be graded and separated according to customers' requirements.
2. Belt conveyer can be used in quarry industry
A quarry is a type of open-pit mine from which rock or minerals are extracted. Quarries are generally used for extracting building materials, such as dimension stone, construction aggregate, riprap, sand, and gravel. In the whole production process, belt conveyer can be used to transfer sandy or lump materials.
3. Belt conveyer can be used in sand making production line
The whole sand-making production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, VSI vertical shaft impact crusher (sand-making machine), vibrating screen, sand-washing machine, belt conveyor, electric control system, etc. In sand production line, belt conveyer is used to transfer the crushed materials by jaw crusher to sand making machine for secondary crushing.
