1.VSI Sand Making Machine is used for concrete making
Manufactured sand produced by VSI Sand Making Machine is preferred because the cubical particle shape not only contributes more strength to the concrete, but results in further savings because less cement is required. Independent tests have proved that the more cubical the aggregate and the lower the proportion or flaky and elongated particles, the more acceptable the material will be from the mix design aspect. Natural sands have a tendency to have rounded corners and consequently produce a concrete which is not quite as strong as concrete using manufactured sand.
