Vibrating screen works on circular motion. It is applicable for wide range of operations like screening of dry or wet sand gravel crushed stone, mineral ores and industrial applications. In screen grading, the material is separated mechanically on screen plates. Vibrating screen has rolling bearing stressed by high loads. 1. Vibrating screen can be used in quarry
Vibrating screen can be used for grading and screening materials in quarry. A quarry is a type of open-pit mine from which rock or minerals are extracted. Quarries are generally used for extracting building materials, such as dimension stone, construction aggregate, riprap, sand, and gravel.
2. Vibrating screen can be used in processing river pebble
River pebble can be used to produce sand. The whole sand-making production line consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, VSI vertical shaft impact crusher (sand-making machine), vibrating screen, sand-washing machine, belt conveyor, electric control system, etc. Vibrating screen can grade and screen materials in the process.
3. Vibrating screen can be used in processing construction wastes
After construction wastes being sorted, crushed and sieved by vibrating screen into coarse and fine aggregates, they can replace natural aggregate to make concrete, architectural bricks and road base materials.
